DMCA Policy

1. Commitment to Copyright

IPTV SMARTERS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. 512), we respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

We are committed to removing or disabling access to any content that is found to be infringing upon the copyright of a third party.

2. DMCA Notification Requirements

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and believe that any content on our service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:

• Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
• Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

3. Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA notifications should be sent to our designated agent:

We commit to processing all valid notifications within 24 to 72 business hours.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. 512(i), IPTV SMARTERS maintains a policy for terminating repeat infringers:

• First Strike: Written warning and content removal
• Second Strike: 30-day account suspension
• Third Strike: Permanent account termination without refund

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers at our sole discretion.

6. Misrepresentation Warning

Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

This includes costs and attorneys' fees incurred by us or our users in connection with the misrepresentation. Please ensure that all claims are made in good faith before submitting a DMCA notification.

7. Safe Harbor

IPTV SMARTERS qualifies for the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA as an online service provider. We do not monitor all content transmitted through our service but respond promptly to valid takedown notices as required by law.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
