1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between IPTV SMARTERS (hereinafter "the Provider") and any user subscribing to our IPTV services (hereinafter "the Customer").

By subscribing to our services, the Customer accepts these Terms of Service without reservation.

2. Description of Services

IPTV SMARTERS provides an IPTV streaming service including:

  • Access to over 40,000 live TV channels
  • Library of over 160,000 on-demand films and series (VOD)
  • Streaming quality up to 4K Ultra HD
  • Multi-device compatibility
  • 24/7 customer support

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) inclusive of VAT on our website. We offer several subscription plans:

  • 48-hour free trial
  • Monthly subscription
  • Quarterly subscription (3 months)
  • Semi-annual subscription (6 months)
  • Annual subscription (12 months)

Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, cryptocurrencies.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Access to the service is activated within minutes of payment confirmation.

4. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which began with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right to cancel would be lost.

By agreeing to start using the service immediately after purchase, you expressly waive your cancellation rights.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Technical issue not resolved by our support team
  • Service not matching the description
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days.

6. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Use the service for personal and private use only
  • Not share login credentials
  • Not redistribute, copy or resell content
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Provide accurate information during registration

7. Provider Obligations

The Provider agrees to:

  • Provide access to the service 24/7 (excluding maintenance)
  • Ensure responsive technical support
  • Maintain the advertised service quality
  • Protect the Customer's personal data

8. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
  • Problems related to the Customer's internet connection
  • Incompatibility of the service with certain devices
  • Indirect damages related to the use of the service

9. Termination

The subscription ends automatically at the expiry of the subscribed period.

The Provider may terminate the subscription without notice in the event of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent use of the service
  • Sharing of login credentials
  • Illegal activities

10. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through our service is protected by intellectual property rights. The Customer only benefits from a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes Regulations 2015, you may also refer a dispute to an ADR provider.
