1. Commitment to Copyright

2. Notification Procedure

3. Designated DMCA Agent

All DMCA notifications should be sent to our designated agent:

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the removed content and its original location
• Statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
• Your full contact details
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court
• Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and restore the content within 10 to 14 days, unless the complainant initiates legal action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

IPTV SMARTERS applies a zero-tolerance policy towards repeat infringers:

• First warning: Notification and removal of infringing content
• Second infringement: Temporary account suspension
• Third infringement: Permanent account termination without refund

6. False Claims

Warning: Filing a false DMCA notification may result in legal consequences.

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that content infringes copyright may be held liable for damages, including legal fees.
